After founder Alexis's big, fat, (crafty!) Greek wedding, she was inundated with requests to hire her wedding props and style events.
She created a basic website in 2014 to post photos of her styling and events and field questions. while she worked full-time as a beauty director at some of Australia's best-known women's magazines like Cosmopolitan and Instyle.
Over the years, the demand grew as The Festive Co became a blog being visited by thousands of crafty and party loving peeps. In 2018, Alexis moved back to her hometown of Adelaide to expand the website into a creative studio, offering all the skills she had been using in the publishing industry, from copywriting, style, event curation, creative direction, social and digital content creation and so much more.
These days, the studio has whipped up work for Officeworks, Jurlique, BankSA, Spotlight, Brosa, Binny and so many more fun-loving brands and companies.
When Alexis isn't in the studio, you'll find her running after at least one of her three kids, sneakily scoffing their leftover Easter eggs, scrolling through Instagram and leaving excitable comments with far too many exclamation marks and reading novels on her phone.
