IT WAS ALL ABOUT BRIGHT, JOYFUL FUN AT OUR BABY SHOWER IN 2014. GUESTS BROUGHT BOOKS FOR TINY TEASDALE AND ADDED NAMEPLATES. THERE WAS A PHOTO BOOTH, CARTOON ARTIST, PINATA CAKE AND MORE!

 

Wow. Almost a decade ago I whipped up my baby shower, not realising it would go on to become a Pinterest hit!

With a confetti theme and loads of colour and fun, I went about doing my DIY thing in a gorgeous, bright Sydney venue.

 

Memorable moments include the handmade confetti hats by my bestie Amy that went viral online, the idea from my friends for everyone to bring the baby a book so he had his very own library from day one, the AMAZING cake by Sweet Mama Cakes which she surprised me with and the photos by Alana Landsberry which quite simply still blow me away.

 

Gosh, I look back on this day with so much happiness. So, so special.
